Itineraries

We utilize the Virtually There system as a hub for all itinerary and flight status information. Since it interacts with our online and agent booking systems on a real time basis, Virtually There will always display your current itinerary and instantly reflect any changes the moment they are confirmed.

A few minutes after finalizing an online booking, you will receive a “flash” confirmation of the arrangements that are pending ticketing. It is to advise that your booking was recognized by the system and is in process. It should not be considered a final itinerary and cannot be used for flight check in. The final itinerary will arrive by email a short time later and include a link that will display for printing or viewing an itinerary/confirmation form that can be used for travel.

If a change has been made to an existing ticket, you will receive a new email with a link to display the updated/current itinerary for viewing or printing. This applies to flight changes; seat improvements, upgrades or a lower fare that is found and applied.

Please note – you will need to input your TRIP CONFIRMATION CODE. If you booked online, click the above tab for that page; log in to the booking system; click on My Trips and select the trip you wish to view or print. The code you’ll need is in parenthesis behind the trip name.

If you booked with an agent, please call us and we’ll be happy to email another itinerary link or give you the trip confirmation code.
